Piper was launched with a focus on weight loss treatment, but our vision has grown. We are transitioning to Polly to build a complete wellness ecosystem. This new identity allows us to support your entire health journey by expanding into healthy aging, menopause care, and longevity under one unified platform.

No action is required. Your account, treatments, medications, and pricing remain exactly the same.
When is this transition happening?

The official move to Polly will take place on April 29, 2026. You’ll start seeing our new look on the website and in your patient portal then. We’ll keep you updated via email throughout the final stages of the transition.

Why is Piper changing its name to Polly?

Piper was launched with a focus on weight loss treatment, but our vision has grown. We are transitioning to Polly to build a complete wellness ecosystem that supports your entire health journey. This new identity allows us to care for you through every stage of life by expanding into healthy aging, menopause care, longevity, and hormonal support under one unified platform. While our name is changing, your experience and care remain exactly the same.

Will my treatment, provider, or pharmacy change?

No. Your treatment plan, medication, deliveries, and the licensed medical providers overseeing your care will remain exactly the same. Your prescriptions will still be filled by the same trusted, US-based pharmacy partners to ensure your treatment continues without interruption.

Will pricing or my shipping schedule change?

No. Your pricing, plan, and billing schedule remain the same. Similarly, your deliveries will continue on the same schedule as before. You will continue to receive your medications on time with no interruptions to your care.

Do I need to create a new account or update my payment info?

No. Your existing account will continue to work as usual, and there will be no disruption during this transition. Your login details (email and password), treatment history, prescriptions, health tracker, and patient information will all stay intact.

Your current payment information will also continue to work—the only change you'll see is that beginning April 29th, charges will appear on your statement as PIPER-JOINPOLLY.

What happens to joinpiper.com and my saved links?

Everything will happen automatically. Starting April 29th, any attempt to visit joinpiper.com or your patient portal at patient.joinpiper.com will securely redirect you to our new domain, joinpolly.com. All of your bookmarks and saved links will continue to work, landing you exactly where you need to be.

How can I contact support after the rebrand?

You can still reach us through all the same channels you use today. Starting April 29th, our primary support email will transition to care@joinpolly.com. We recommend adding this address to your "Safe Senders" list today. Our live chat messenger will also continue to function exactly as it always has on both our website and within your patient portal.
